| How does NCJ process work? |

The Nursing Care Jobs will provide the foreign trained nurse (with at least 2 years nursing experience and a registered nursing license from their country) with the following sePlease visit the web site of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (www.ncsbn.org) to familiarize your self with the Commission of Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools process, test sites, dates and fees. 1. Resumes and any relevant information about the nurses will be collected, and processed and sent to the healthcare facility for final selection.

2. The healthcare facility will select the applicants to be hired by review of resume, phone, or video conference interview, depending on the circumstances.
|
3. We employ a certified medical practitioner to conduct initial interviews and administer a series of nursing skills assessment analysis for each nurse.
|
4. We provide guidance for training sources for the nurse to prepare for the CGFSN certification and NCLEX-RN examinations and apply for the VisaScreen
|
5. We advise the nurse while completing all the immigration documentation, selecting testing dates for their visa screens, filing for the authorization to take the CGFSN or NCLEX tests.

6. NCJ will offer the employment contract to the nurse, and immediately after signature, express mail the contracts to the hospital facility for signature. The contract will contain salary and other terms of work.

7. Long term employment contract will only be for nurses who have completed all the requirements.
|
8. We maintain regular contact with the nurse and are always aware of what steps the nurse has completed during the immigration process.We provide monthly status report of the nurse. We provide support for thenurses from the time they are hired to the time they step foot on the US mainland.

9. We walk the nurse through the process every step of the way to ensure that we remain on schedule. This will include identifying all the documents needed to complete the visa application and all other information to successfully apply for the examinations.

10.We assist with locating housing before you arrive in the US.
|
11.The nurse will NOT pay NCJ any fees in the beginning or after he or she reports to work in the US
|
12.The nurse pays for the fees for the Credential Evaluation Service, the CGFSN exams and the NCLEX-RN examinations and the VisaScreen.

| 13.All legal expenses involved in obtaining the immigration visas will be paidfor by the sponsoring US hospital or heath care institution. |
