Nursing Care Jobs (NCJ) recruits foreign trained Registered Nurses for hospitals and health care providers in the United States.  We work with U S hospitals and other health care institutions to alleviate the national shortage of nurses.  We screen and prepare the foreign trained nurses to ensure that they are reliable and dependable, can meet the visa requirements to work in the United States, complete the CGFNS certification (see www.ncsbn.org) and pass the NCLEX-RN examinations.  Finally, we secure the immigration sponsorship (through the healthcare facility) for the nurse under the  I-140 EB3 (Employment Based Petition) as an immigrant or permanent resident.  That means the foreign trained nurse is given the opportunity to be sponsored for the US Green Card.
